PRP 

AUTOLOGOUS PLASMA ENRICHED WITH PLATES (PRP), a treatment with growth factors, which has been used for several years now, is an example of the success of continuous innovation in Plastic Surgery. 

The technique is very simple, fast and safe. A blood sample is taken (about 5 cc). A small part of the blood is used for blood chemistry analyses required by law. The most consistent part of the sample is collected in special tubes and processed by centrifugation to obtain the final constituent (PRP). The PRP is injected under the skin in "small wheals" in the areas of interest.

This practice, although simple, is carried out exclusively with the approval of the Transfusion Center of the area. Without the certification of suitability by the ASL (local health authority) in the Veneto region, the method cannot be carried out. 

The local Transfusion Center guarantees that the various steps in the preparation of the PRP take place according to the criteria of sterility and maximum safety. 

This very high standard of preparation guarantees total safety and efficacy of the treatment. 

LIPOFILLING 

The discovery of the presence of stem cells within the adipose tissue has allowed this treatment to solve major problems in both the aesthetic and reconstructive fields.

The technique is very simple. It consists in taking a few milliliters (about 10-15 ml) of adipose tissue using very thin cannulas (2 mm in diameter). The fat is purified by decanting and inserted with 1 mm cannulas in specific areas as a regenerating and filling substance. 

It differs from surgical practice since fat transfer involves low amounts of tissue (micro-lipofilling). The procedure is outpatient and the return to social life is immediate.

This practice is probably the most requested method by patients because it is natural, fast, safe and long-lasting. 

What are the applications? 

HAIR THINNING, HAIR LOSS, EXCESSIVE HAIR LOSS 

The treatment consists of the following therapeutic protocol: two or three consecutive sessions scheduled two-three months apart. 

A "recall" session is then performed once a year, from the following year (only for PRP). 

Regrowth begins to appear 2-3 months after the first session, but it reaches its peak after 6 months. 

FACE, NECK, NECKLINE BIOREVITALIZATION

The treatment consists of the following therapeutic protocol: two or three consecutive sessions scheduled two-three weeks apart. 

A "recall" session is then performed once a year, from the following year (only for PRP). The first results are visible from the following day: the skin appears significantly more hydrated and turgid. 

After about two weeks, the effects related to the stimulation of growth factors start to show: the skin becomes brighter, more compact, elastic, and some wrinkles are also attenuated.
