Dr. Aurora Gianotto is a Biologist–Nutritionist registered with the Triveneto Order of Biologists.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Ferrara and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Molecular, Health and Nutritional Biology at the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo.”
During her academic career, she conducted experimental thesis work exploring the role of cortisol, commonly known as the stress hormone.
She currently works as an independent practitioner in the provinces of Venice and Treviso, adopting a person-centred approach that values each individual’s uniqueness. Every care pathway begins with attentive listening to expressed and unspoken needs and is grounded in solid scientific evidence. It is not just about a diet, but about an overall change involving habits, awareness, and one’s relationship with food, with the goal of achieving concrete, lasting well-being.
Borrowing the metaphor of the rider and the elephant by psychologist Jonathan Haidt, authentic change requires the rational mind and the emotional sphere to move forward together, in harmony.
